We train but we do not get results. What happened; The answer to this riddle may lie in the slightest slowness in our daily routine. As preparation requires effort, yet more than that method.
There are seven gymnasiums I have attended and the many memberships I have paid for. While these closed spaces with clear music are not my # 1 decision, they are an easy fix when I need to run and the weather does not wake me up when I am over 30 minutes and would like to use a muscle. rather than a waste of Netflix. It's also easy to prepare when you see others ... like you.
So, after a long walk through the center, after discussions with my colleagues who “rented” a gym (to achieve something else), I began to see the mistakes I had successfully made and found. the faux pas on my progress is stuck.
Indeed, melting the soles of our tennis shoes does not necessarily mean that we do everything right. Almost everyone, whether a beginner or an advanced student, makes mistakes at the gym. Fortunately, most are not difficult to fix as long as someone catches our eye.
We made five mistakes in the rec center
1. Stay away from the mirror
2. We are on the phone
3. We are not warm
This is probably the most well-known bot we make at the rec. It may seem like a daunting task, but it is definitely worth the effort. Heat systems for the muscles, heart, lungs, and brain the subsequent active function and reduce gambling risk. Whenever we warm-up, the temperature in our muscles and body rises, which improves blood flow and muscle flexibility. These elements are faster, stronger, and more patient.
