Try not to misunderstand me, your well-being - or rather your perpetual weakness - can greatly affect your happiness. You can't do everything you need to, you have to get used to frustrating others (especially you) when things don't go according to plan.
However, if you think you are focusing on your performance in those situations, you will be missing out on important things.
Fortunately, there is more to good health

I did not see myself
In the past, people asked me how I believed, and I recently replied that I had a small stomach problem that week. So it worked well for me. As for my illness, Crohn's was my main factor. The main thing that stood out to me was myself. At the same time, I was exploring and engaging. To put it bluntly, there was something else to be discussed. However, I did not see it!
Also, it is so frustrating that when you feel so much better, you will never come close to believing that things will work out. So what is the result? Do not do as you said before when you have a noise (uh) because you are worried that the abdominal pain may return. That it was peace before the storm. Most importantly you are not doing what you really need to do.

How can you find the focus of your illness on you in everything?
Your well-being is a factor that determines your satisfaction, yet all the same and not alone. Fortunately, that part actually has a limited impact on it. Since no matter what prescription you use, what foods you store, and what other lifestyle you see, it does not guarantee good health.
So it starts with deciding not to trust that your life will be happy. That is the first stage.
The second stage is to see ourselves better. Who are you? What fills you up? What are you doing right? What are your silent desires? What gives you strength? What might you want to do now that you are accomplishing?
Record or make excellent arrangements for it. Do what you feel is right.
This is a good first step in gaining an understanding of yourself. To give yourself, the best person you are, the consideration you deserve.
