Health Experts Urge to use vegetables in Ramazan month
Wellness specialists have focused on using raw and steamed vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce and so on during Ramazan.
Individuals should stay away from grilled food, sugar and crush and cut off sugar consumption from things like treats and cakes, health master Dr Najaf Ali Shah said while conversing with the app here on Wednesday.
He said that people who intend to stay fit should not skip 'Sehri' to reduce weight. They should rather get up early in the first part of the day to have their 'Sehri' to keep up with great prosperity. Individuals who really fast should try not to eat a lot during Iftar because they generally consume more than their body actually needs.
"Truthfully, many individuals end up causing more mischief to their bodies in Ramazan than during any other time of the year. Eating high-fat and high-sugar food sources at some unacceptable times affects the body," he said.
To keep their digestion adjusted, fasters should also exercise as soon as they break their fast," he said. Dr Najaf Ali Shah also highlighted the importance of eating gradually and biting carefully, and instructed fasters to drink packets with regard to water.
He suggested food varieties for Sehri that include things like eggs and cheddar, which are rich in protein and take a large chunk of the day to process.
