My story!
Whenever I was 15, I was inexperienced and curious. I was a football player and needed to become an expert. I was very suspicious ... However at that time in August 2015, my people took more time in the analysis center. I never thought about it and tried the time to explore. At 179 cm and 54 kg, I was actually not a heavyweight.
What has changed for me?
In any case, it seemed to somehow give me a sense of pleasure to practice and use my muscles. I felt an increase in joy and happiness at the gym. So I stuck to it. I never really thought about why I was so poor. Obviously, I was like a leek, but that did not bother me. I just practiced
because it was so good for me. It took me days, long before I achieved my first results. I was shocked. I never expected that. My classmates were amazed and asked me why I was so strong. It turned out that I was constantly focused on each task. I have been fortunate that my people take extra time on each job. Even though they did not have the opportunity and the power, there was no good reason not to go to the gym. So I took the bike and rode it for 30 minutes to my rest area and at the same time looked at it as "hot". I was actually fascinated by this game.
Is the joy of sports created and the deepest inspiration and inspiration that no one in the world can take from me. Today, 21 years old, 87 kg and 1.85 m tall, I sit here in my chair and need to laugh when I think of the past. Why?
The truth that never bothered me made my side of the family, this one in particular. I had the option of getting used to this trend and lifestyle. Step by step, I stretch my boundaries so that I can be amazingly better than I was yesterday. My friends at the time asked me why I was always clicking. "It doesn't matter."
